Job Title: Appointment Setter
Location: Virtual
Pay Rate: $12 to $15 per hour plus performance bonus
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads and will be provided call lists. Once leads are identified, this candidate will reach out via phone/email or Linkedin to establish rapport with the business' decision-makers to better understand their business needs and how our services can help them. Ultimately the responsibility of this role is to create appointments with qualified leads for our sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prospect new customers through lead generation, follow-up, and cold calling
- Identify the correct decision-makers within a given business
- Call/contact each prospect and set appointments for the sales team
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Two-year associates degree or higher
- 5+ years' experience
- Experience working with CRM applications
