We are currently looking for appointment setters to fill client needs. This will be a full-time work-at-home position with flexible hours. We are looking for representatives who have related experience, have good time management skills and can work remotely.

• Call and nurture leads which will be provided, setup appointments, and do follow-up via phone, email and text message (software platform will be provided)
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of the service
• Keep accurate records of interactions
• Work independently and manage time effectively to maintain the required appointment “set rate”. 
• Home work environment must be free of noise and distraction.
• Participate in company meetings and training online

• Prior experience in solar sales/appointment setting
• Good phone and communication skills
• Self-motivated with good time management skills
• Contact center experience a plus, but not required
• Proven track record of setting quality appointments or closing sales

base rate of $13.00 per hour plus bonuses (no draw and better bonuses than most).  Your $13.00 per hour is guaranteed, and there is no cap on bonuses. Your total pay could easily reach $16 - $20+ per hour.
