We provide COVID-19 testing as service to businesses so that they can test their employees. A great customer for us would be a manufacturing plant where we will screen and test all of their employees as they come into the plant every day. There is a big need for what we sell.

 

Job Description

We are hiring work-from-home reps to call businesses to identify if they are doing or need COVID-19 testing. The goal for this rep will not be to sell the service and is only to find businesses that need testing and to schedule an appointment for a more senior representative. We will provide lists and direction on who to call and scripts for what to say and ask.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to build interest for a set of goods or services.

  • Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to agree to an appointment on another day.

  • Gather customer information such as name, organizational details, and environmental details.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Good communications skills

  • Able to communicate well over the phone

  • Good listening skills

  • Able to follow a phone/sales script

  • Able to learn new systems and processes

  • Experience using common computer-based programs

  • Ability to work unsupervised

  • Ability to manage time and productivity

  • Experience performing telesales or telemarketing in the past is a plus
