Job Description

This is a work-at-home sales position for an outbound cold caller and appointment setter. The person will be responsible for calling contacts and businesses on a targeted list of target accounts. The goal will be to schedule introductory appointments and meetings.

Roles and Responsibilities

•    Cold calling and cold emailing target prospects
•    The agent will be provided with training and scripts to use while makingcalls.
•    This is a work-from-home job as all access to information be provided through a web-based application and all phone calls will be made through a VoIP system which is tied to the same web-based application.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Good communication skills

•    Sales experience a plus.

•    Willingness and openness to picking up the phone and making sales calls.

•    This employee is free to work on their own schedule as long as it falls during business hours (Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm) 

•    This employee will be free to work as much or as little as they chose as long as they try to fall between the agreed to “workload range”

•    Agent must have access to a PC and high-speed internet connection

Compensation Details

•    This position is paid hourly.
•    This is a part-time position and does not include any benefits.
•    There is potential for bonuses and commissions but those will be on a case-by-case basis according to the client that the agent is assigned to.
