Job Description
The tele sales representative position is a work-from-home sales position that is focused on calling a list of leads, prospects, and customers for the purpose of scheduling meetings, checking in, and inviting to events.
Roles and Responsibilities
This is a work-from-home position
Agent will need to provide their own PC, internet connection, and PC headset
The majority of the work is unsupervised but does include some call monitoring and call reporting
Work hours are Monday through Friday, business hours
Agent can chose and set their own schedule
Preferred Skills and Experience
Good communications skills
Able to communicate well over the phone
Good listening skills
Able to follow a phone/sales script
Able to learn new systems and processes
Experience using common computer-based programs
Ability to work unsupervised
Ability to manage time and productivity
Roles and Responsibilities
Call and nurture leads which will be provided, setup appointments, and do follow-up via phone, email and text message (software platform will be provided)
Educate prospects on the benefits of the service
Work independently and manage time effectively to maintain the required appointment “set rate
Compensation Details
This is a small part-time position and does not include any benefits.
Compensation for this position is $ 20 to $25 per hour with potential bonuses tied to performance
