Job Description
This is an inside sales intern position with the primary goal of generating leads, working leads through the sales process, and closing sales. Must be open to work in US time zone in our Mysore office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from customers and prospects
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects
- Generate leads
- Perform demos of the product
- Manage sales pipeline
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Good communications skills
- Able to communicate well over the phone
- Good listening skills
- Able to follow a phone/sales script
- Able to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to manage time and productivity
- Should have basic know-how of Microsoft Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (MBA/Masters would be an added advantage)
