Job Title: Land Offer Coordinator

Location: Virtual Work-From-Home

Pay Rate: Up to $15 per hour plus commissions

As a Land Offer Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our virtual sales team, helping landowners seeking cash offers for their properties. We provide comprehensive sales training to help you fast-track your success in the industry. Being a member of a small team, you will enjoy thinking strategically while executing quickly and tactically using our streamlined virtual buying process.

Responsibilities

  • A large amount of phone and computer-style work with strong customer service, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Contact warm leads generated from multi-touch point marketing campaigns.
  • Respond to leads from motivated sellers via phone, text, and email on a daily basis. 
  • Communicate information and counteroffers given to you by our deal underwriters.
  • Confirm offers, negotiate, and close deals over the phone with sellers.
  • Follow up routinely with sellers whose property sales are pending and with sellers that may be on the fence about moving forward with the selling process.
  • Make and maintain detailed records of all interactions with sellers in our CRM.
  • Review contracts with sellers, manage contract timelines and oversee the closing process.
  • Participate in weekly training meetings where we will review your performance and coach you to success.
  • Utilize our proven 2-call acquisition process to successfully negotiate purchase agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-department support teams to manage active business and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Review land evaluation reports with landowners to determine acquisition terms.
  • Achieve monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales negotiations or coordinating high-end client transactions.
  • Real estate experience is not required as we provide comprehensive new-hire training.
  • Strong business acumen and professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy, competitive, and driven to excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communicator and listener with empathy and relatability.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

*This is a 1099 contract position, medical/dental benefits are not included.

Compensation

The compensation for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and will range between up to $15 an hour, depending on location and experience, plus commissions

 

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday is required.
  • Saturdays on rotation
  • 20 to 24 hrs per week projected.
  • Minimum of 20 hours a availability is required
  • 3 shifts available - Shift 1: Morning (8am -12pm) Shift 2: Mid-Day (12pm - 4pm) Shift 3: Evening (4pm - 8pm) CST  
  • Some weekend availability is required.
  • Remote performance coaching is conducted weekly via Zoom. 

Currently Weekly Coaching Sessions Schedule:

  • Monday from 12 to 2pm CST
  • Friday from 1pm to 3pm CST

 

*Reps are only required to pick one day to attend a week, nit required to attend both sessions. 

Work Environment

This is a remote position, but communication is highly essential within the team on designated communication platforms. We strive to maintain a positive and encouraging dynamic and the candidate should be able to continue that.
